We work hard to package and ship every Badlands Wildflower order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping, although delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or severe weather. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive. We also recommend checking around your mailbox, porch, garage, and with neighbors or other household members. If your package still has not been found after 48 hours, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number, as they can often provide additional details about where the package was delivered. Badlands Wildflower is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, but we are always happy to help by providing tracking information or assisting you with the carrier’s missing package process.
